Alexander “Alex” Padua is the Non-Profit Law Paralegal for Simms Showers. He joined the firm in 2014 and works closely with the attorneys who represent non-profit organizations. Mr. Padua assists with the church incorporation process, and with the paperwork for gift deeds and trademark applications. Mr. Padua also helps non-profit entities maintain their Charitable Solicitation Registration status with Attorneys General and Secretaries of State in every state and maintains filings with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) for 501(c)4 not for profit organizations. Before joining the Firm in 2014, Mr. Padua worked on political campaigns in California, Wisconsin, and Virginia, and interned on Capitol Hill.
